How can I request a return?

You can request a return by following the instructions on the Returns and Refunds page.

What are the available return options?

You have the following options to return an order:

• you can ship the return to our warehouse with a courier of your choice;
• you can arrange a home collection with one of our couriers (in this case, the cost of return shipping, starting from €12.50, will be deducted from your order refund).

Please note that before returning the products, you must request a return, following the instructions on this page.

How will my return be refunded?

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order.

If payment was made by cash on delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account you specify. Cash on delivery fees will not be refunded.

The refund process will begin as soon as the goods have been inspected in our warehouses or by our staff, and will take the necessary time for the transfer of the refunded amount.

How will my return for an online purchase be refunded?

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the order. Cash refunds will not be issued for returns made in-store for online purchases. If payment was made by cash on delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account you specify. All costs incurred for the order, including shipping costs, will be refunded; cash on delivery fees will not be refunded.
