How can I request a return?

You can request a return by following the instructions on the Returns and Refunds page.

What are the available return methods?

You have the following options for returning an order:

• you can ship the return to our warehouse using a courier of your choice;
• you can arrange a home collection with one of our couriers (in this case, the return shipping cost, starting from €15.50, will be deducted from the order refund, an option valid only for Italy).

Please remember that before returning the products, you must request the return by following the instructions on this page.

How will the refund for my return be issued?

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order.

If payment was made via cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via Bank Transfer to the account you have indicated. The costs related to the cash on delivery fee will not be refunded.

The refund process will begin as soon as the goods have been inspected in our warehouses or by our staff, and will take the time necessary to transfer the refund amount.

How will the refund for my return on an online purchase be issued?

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order. No cash refund will be issued for an in-store return of an online purchase. If payment was made via cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via Bank Transfer to the account you have indicated. All expenses incurred for the order will be refunded, including shipping costs; the costs related to the cash on delivery fee will not be refunded.
